It also celebrates the important role mentors, teachers and music education can play in a young person’s life. Sometimes all it takes is someone encouraging a child’s creativity, giving them space to explore or helping them believe that what they love is worth pursuing.
Simple Plan’s story is a reminder that big dreams can have very small beginnings — in a classroom, through a friendship or simply by picking up an instrument for the first time.
